We’re a growing construction company that builds high-quality custom homes across the East Kootenays—mainly in Fernie, Kimberley, and Cranbrook. We're looking for motivated Construction Labourers to join our crew and support our team on custom home builds in Fernie.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in construction or on a job site 

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Able to lift and carry heavy materials

• Comfortable using basic tools and working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work well with a team and follow safety procedures

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Living in or planning to relocate to the Fernie  area
