Founded in 2015 by Robin and Amy Brazenall, our company is celebrated for innovative, high-performance designs set against the stunning backdrop of the East Kootenay mountains.

As members of Passive House Canada and the Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA), we are committed to sustainable construction and industry-leading practices. With multiple CHBA Keystone Awards, we’ve earned recognition for building homes that inspire, endure, and reflect thoughtful design.

Meet The Team

Director

Robin Brazenall

Robin’s passion for building began in his father’s workshop in England, where he discovered a love for design and craftsmanship. After completing his AS and A2 levels in Design Technology, he pursued a career in carpentry, gaining valuable experience in the UK and the French Alps.

Robin is a leader in sustainable building, holding certifications in Passive House Design and consistently staying ahead of trends in building science. His philosophy is simple: a home should be more than a structure—it should inspire, nurture, and reflect its occupants’ unique needs.

Amy Brazenall

Amy’s creativity and practicality stem from her upbringing on a rural Alberta property, where she developed a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

At Münter Design & Build, Amy focuses on high-level strategy and financial management, ensuring the company’s vision and resources align with delivering exceptional homes. Her ability to balance structure and innovation is integral to the company’s success.
